Powersub Psychology Center located at Shah Alam Selangor has come up with five simple steps to handle anger issue, 5 Steps to Taming your Temper. Anger has become the major issues of any individuals from Children until the grandparents age it has impacted very badly.
Below are the five steps of Taming the Temper issues.

STEP 1: Know what pushes your anger buttons.

STEP 2: Know your body’s anger, Warning signs.

STEP 3: Stop and Think. Ask yourself

“What happened that made me get angry?”
“What else did I feel when it happened?”

STEP 4: Cage your Rage.

Don’t Lash out, Walk away. Take deep breaths.

STEP 5: Decide what to do.
